1. Setup fee is not refundable because Setup fee includes initial website analysis, expert advice, effective SEO strategy, onsite and offsite optimization (for example directory submission) article writing etc.
2. The agreement can be cancelled any time a refund will not be accepted if agreement is canceled during the initial period, in this case Moshi Soft discontinued the future billing, Moshi Soft will not accept prorated funds.
3. A refund will not be accepted if the clients himself or by his/her agents try to make changes for example changes in content ,alt tags, keywords ,meta tags,design layout of website without prior agreement from Moshi Soft. This is to be ensure all changes are to be done with proper SEO techniques.
4. A refund will not be accepted if clients hire another company or do SEO his/ her self with in the initial period of SEO.
5. A refund will not be accepted if domain of client’s website is blacklisted because of his or her faults.
6. A refund will not be accepted if client does not allow SEOpad to access his or her website or the client’s website is not available on public internet or it is offline.
7. There no acceptance of refund if clients is out of business or changes his approved initial website URL or approved keyword list.
8. A refund is not accepted if client does not allow the Moshi Soft to perform service obligation.
